Our incredible journey begins at 8:00 PM with a bonfire meet and greet, where we’ll get on a first-name basis while warming our bones on the Brockway grounds. After sharing never-before-heard encounters and local Brockway lore, you’ll be ushered into the iconic and historic home for a full, guided tour — led by myself and Stephanie Braley, the owner of the home and mother who raised her children within its walls.

This tour is a chilling mash-up of Stephanie’s harrowing personal experiences and my own ghastly encounters with the unseen.

Once the tour concludes and you’ve acclimated to the feeling of being watched, we’ll gather in the formal living room for an intimate Q&A session, accompanied by hors d’oeuvres and refreshments. Ask what you’ve always wanted — this is your moment for the ultimate experience.

By this point, we will likely have experienced strange sounds, disembodied voices, unexplained footsteps, and more.

We’ll continue the investigation by candlelight, exploring each level of the sprawling mansion — harkening back to a time the spirits knew well.

Will Victor show a sign of his presence?
Will the one who shall not be named reveal itself?

I have investigated this home for over half a decade, bringing dozens of experts, investigators, and historians — and no one has ever had anything follow them home.
What haunts the grounds and roams the corridors of Brockway Manor never leaves.

All participants must be respectful — to the home, each other, and the spirits.

As many of you know, Stephanie recently and suddenly lost her husband. Their family is now grieving the loss of a father, the closure of their business (Court Street Theatre), and devastating financial hardship.

This event is part of a fundraising campaign to support the family and help preserve the Manor. A GoFundMe will be launched soon, so that fans of the Haunted Saginaw films — from around the world — can contribute to keeping this historic home warm, safe, and sustainable.
